WHAT IS THE RAM REV INSIDER+ PROGRAM?
The Ram REV Insider+ Program is an exciting opportunity for Ram enthusiasts to secure their place in line to preorder a Ram 1500 REV. A member’s place in line to preorder a Ram 1500 REV is based on a first come, first served basis, as determined by the Administrator and Sponsor in their sole discretion. Becoming a Ram REV Insider+ does not guarantee the member will be able to order or purchase a Ram 1500 REV but only provides a place in line for a preorder. It also does not guarantee a Ram 1500 REV will be delivered by any particular Ram LEV-ready dealer. Limited quantity available. Only available while supplies last.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO JOIN THE RAM REV INSIDER+ PROGRAM?
To join the Ram REV Insider+ Program, you must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the 50 United States or District of Columbia.

HOW DO I JOIN THE RAM REV INSIDER+ PROGRAM?
To join the Ram REV Insider+ Program, visit ramREV.com, follow the links and instructions to register and pay the $100 fee. In the event the membership has reached maximum capacity, you can become a non-paid Ram REV Insider by clicking here and signing up for emails. After signing up to become a non-paid Ram REV Insider, you will also be alerted if and when the membership portal reopens.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?
You will not be able to modify your personal information from what was submitted at the time of registration and payment.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RAM REV INSIDER AND RAM REV INSIDER+?
A Ram REV Insider is one of the first to receive exciting news and updates about Ram’s next-generation of trucks and vans. Ram REV Insider+ members enjoy all the benefits that a Ram REV Insider enjoys, PLUS the ability to secure their place in line to preorder a Ram 1500 REV. A Ram REV Insider+ membership requires a $100 fee and is available only while supplies last. A Ram REV Insider+ member will also receive membership benefits including, but not limited to, exclusive invitations to events and experiences, such as first looks and first drives, and news and information about the future of Ram electrified trucks.

WHAT DOES THE $100 PAYMENT COVER?
For a one-time $100 fee, you become a Ram REV Insider+ member and as such, you will receive your place in line to preorder a Ram 1500 REV, exclusive invitations to events and experiences such as first looks and first drives, and news and information about the future of Ram electrified trucks.

WHEN WILL THE RAM 1500 REV FEATURES AND SPECS BE AVAILABLE?

IS MY RAM REV INSIDER+ MEMBERSHIP REFUNDABLE?
You may cancel your membership by contacting Ram REV Insider+ Headquarters Customer Support at 800-763-2142. After your cancellation request is approved, please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to be processed. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation. Join fees are refundable up until you are notified that the Ram 1500 REV becomes available for early access preorder communicated by Ram, via the email provided at sign up.

DOES MY $100 MEMBERSHIP FEE RENEW?
No, this is a one-time charge that does not renew.

WHEN DO I GET TO PREORDER/ORDER MY RAM 1500 REV?
As a Ram REV Insider+ member, closer to the time of vehicle production, you will be notified about and have early access to preorder the Ram 1500 REV, via email at the email address provided upon registration. The early access preorder window will allow for the opportunity to preorder 10 days before it opens to the public. After you submit your preorder, you will select a Ram LEV-(Low Emission Vehicle) ready dealer. Your selected Ram LEV-ready dealer will contact you when it is time to order your vehicle. A preorder gets you one step closer to owning a Ram 1500 REV when they become available for ordering. A preorder does not constitute an actual order or guarantee a vehicle delivery within any certain time. At that time, you will complete a purchase order at your chosen Ram LEV-ready dealer, which confirms your order details such as model year, color, trim options, price of your vehicle, and an estimated delivery date.

WHO ARE YOU SHARING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH/IS IT SECURED?

CAN I TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP TO ANOTHER PERSON?
No, the Ram REV Insider+ membership is non transferable.

CAN I SIGN UP FOR MORE THAN ONE MEMBERSHIP TO HOLD MULTIPLE PLACES IN LINE FOR A RAM 1500 REV?
No, only one membership is allowed per person.

WHAT DOES LEV-READY DEALER MEAN?
A Ram LEV-ready dealer is a Ram dealer who is authorized to sell or lease a Ram Low Emission Vehicle (LEV).

WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO SELECT MY RAM LEV-READY DEALER?
After you submit your preorder, you will select a Ram LEV-ready dealer. Your selected Ram LEV-ready dealer will contact you when it is time to order your vehicle.

WILL A RAM REV INSIDER (NON-RAM REV INSIDER+) HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PREORDER A RAM 1500 REV?
A Ram REV Insider will not have the opportunity to preorder a Ram 1500 REV via early access. If all vehicles have not been secured after the 10 day early access provided to Ram REV Insider+ members, then preorders will be opened to the public on a first- come, first-serve basis through a customer’s Ram LEV-ready dealer.

HOW MANY FEATURES OF THE RAM 1500 REV ARE SHARED WITH THE RAM REVOLUTION CONCEPT TRUCK?
