J.D. Power released their 2021 Initial Quality Study and for the first time Ram finished in first place! right behind them was Dodge, Lexus, and Mitsubishi.
Two years ago Ram was 21st in the study, then in 2020 they rose to third and now their number one! It's nuts how much they've turned things around.
